I am SO counting down the days until Angela is back!

I can not wait to hear her voice on audix ... never thought I'd say that either .... because she talks really fast on there .....

I did get to talk to Angela the other night (I don't remember if I said that already) and I told her things were going good ....

she asked for a thumbs up or thumbs down on how we were doing and I told her we were doing pretty decent with our numbers .... EXCEPT one area .... COUPONS!

EWWW! They are looking REAL ugly!

They look so bad that Angela's boss faxed me a sheet with our coupon percentages on it for the whole region and she CIRCLED our under performing stores!

YEA! Not looking so hot there!

So of course now that audix is fixed I had to leave a motivational talk on there about our coupons!

I hope it helps with our numbers today!

I hope I'll have good coupon percentages when I call in #'s at 5:00pm!

If they are not good then I hope Angela's boss does not answer the phone!

Behind In My Reading!

Well as I said I would try to catch up on journals last night or this morning ...

that does not look like it's going to happen!

I have off tomorrow ...

so I have the WHOLE day to read and do as I want ...

because I don't even have to wake up early to leave an audix message!

WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I can sleep in ...

that is the one thing I hate about being in charge, is that I still have to be up by 9 to call my store and get my fax from the director of stores with the results of how all the stores did yesterday ...

then I have to note who made plan, comp. (last year's sales), piercing plan, and who had a upt (units per transaction .... number of pieces of jelwelry to every sale on average)!

Then I have to number them and leave a message for the other 10 stores to listen too!

UGH!

So I hurried up and did it this morning,

thinking the faster I got that done the more time I would have to get ready for work and sit here and read journals ....

well I got it done fast ....

but it took me FOREVER to get ready this morning!

But it's done ....

that's what matters ...

now to catch up here ....

I feel so behind when I'm behind my journal entries!
